“Bought a used car for our daughter who had wrecked her car in an accident. discovered on the drive home that it had an issue with the HVAC system. We live 3.5 hours away and had gotten car for our daughter that lives 12 hours away. The service department was very helpful to get the car in the shop and get it fixed in an expedited manner so we could get it to her as quickly as possible. Also did a couple of maintenance items for us at no charge and that I appreciated very much.”

“The store is very clean and the employees were very nice. They actually helped me find the stuff I needed. There isn't much parking, but beyond that I have zero critiques. The store seems nice, and is better than the one further south in CR by a mile. The employees there have an attitude and acted like it was unreasonable for me to ask one of them to come ring me up after I found the filter I was looking for.”

“After my deer collision, I took my truck to Bob Mickey Collision Center since they had favorable reviews and it’s near my house. The service was completed earlier than anticipated, the work is of fine quality and they even thoroughly detailed the interior of my truck. They certainly didn’t have to detail the interior. I’m a person who likes to keep my interior clean and finding they had gone the extra mile by detailing the interior really made me feel like I chose the right place for my vehicle’s body work. I will bring my future business back to Bob Mickey.”

The rust turned out to be more extensive than I thought (should have expected that) and Zach ended up painting entire car. I am very pleased with the quality of the work. This shop does good work.”

No 17 yr old parts jockeys that have to ask you what size your wiper blades are to find what oil filter your car uses (you know the store). Parts store for parts and car guys!”
