On a scale of 10 we would definitely rate Caliber, we agree the quality of repair was the best!
On a scale of 10, the rating on the shop and office people were over the top. Everybody worked together in a good combination of each other.
On a scale of 10, the shop office kept us up to date with all the changes done and needed to be done with our truck.
On a scale of 10 the shop let us know how long our vehicle would take and how much more time needed and with what needed to be done.
After the truck was done, we are
100% thrilled with the work done and the perfection of all work done to the perfect timing as given in the beginning.

He got almost all OEM parts price matched with what insurance would cover, and worked with me to order a used OEM fender that could not be price matched and was not available new from the manufacturer. “Jordan is awesome staff greeted me with professionalism and was very friendly such an amazing personality she noticed I had my 3 year old she went out her way to occupy her time and find activities for her to do while my truck was being worked on and Gordon is an amazing person with such great attitude. Also the mechanic who worked on my truck (Kenworth T680 #1053) took his time to really inspect my truck and even wanted to know detail information about the problems my truck was having. The whole staffing is just wonderful. You don’t come across to many Dealerships who don’t mess around.”
