“Kevin saved me $5k! After Dave Wright told me I needed a transmission replacement after brief problem I had with my vehicle's transmission disengaging a few days prior and intermittent "hard" shifting, I needed a second opinion. Kevin did find the same diagnostic code that the dealership found, but he was able to explain much more thoroughly about what was going on. Long story short, he just needed to add 2.5 quarts of transmission fluid, gave me a heads up on what will need addressed in the future and how to go about it, confirming my transmissions did not need to be replaced. His excellent service only costed me $60 and now that it has been a week later, my vehicle is shifting through the gears better than ever. He is definitely my top recommendation for anyone's transmission needs!Service: Transmission”

“The last three times I have had to call AAA to dispatch a driver to pick up my vehicle from god-knows-wherever at whatever given time it was, rain snow or shine, an ATS Automotive driver was there.. at least 10 minutes before they said they would be. When all you need is routine maintenance, there isn't much reason to look outside your routine.When it was time for a set of new tires, I saw this place for the thousandth time on my way to work and it struck me how conveniently located it was for me. When I saw their review rating, I was in disbelief. It said 4.9! I was able to get in next-day for an estimate and was able to schedule the repair as soon as the parts came in. Mary explained everything very clearly and answered any questions that I had. The car was finished sooner than expected and they offered to pick me up at my house to come get it, and even stayed late that day to accommodate my busy schedule.
