Hannah was phenomenal, she went above and beyond to make sure my phone could be fixed when others turned me away. Kitt was able to answer and expedite processes so my work phone was back up and running in record time. Definitely worth driving up to Cedar Rapids for this experience!

My first experience at this store was a good one. They had the new phone screen in stock and finished the repair on the same day within a few hours. I wish new screens didn't cost so much, but the service was quick and friendly.
