“I was sent here from the T-Mobile store when I tried to upgrade my phone. I've had an iPhone XS for quite a while and it's the first screen I've broken. The rep suggested we have it repaired before trade-in so I'd get a better credit for the new device. We filed an insurance claim at T-Mobile and it kicked me out an email to make an appointment with CPR for a same-day screen replacement. I set my appointment for the next day and showed up a little early since I had no idea what to expect. The lady that checked me in was very nice and happily answered what felt like the most basic (dumb) questions to put my mind at ease. They even alerted me that my battery is in pretty poor shape, but since I'm just trying to trade it in I opted to leave it alone. I was able to swing back two hours later for my device and haven't had any problems with the new screen. Like others have said, I hope I wouldn't need to use their services again, but glad to know they're an option!”

“I am so grateful to Jonathan! Due to my own stupidity, I was worried that I might have viruses and/or malware on my MacBook Pro. When I called Jonathan, he had me bring it down right away. When I picked it up today, he had repeatedly deep scanned everything and found no problems thank god. He then helped me sort out and update passwords and synch everything on my laptop, iPhone and Apple Watch. To top it off, he charged me significantly less than he had quoted me the day before!
