I had a very large, heavy package that I had to return to an online vendor for a refund. I was outside struggling to maneuver the box toward the store entrance, very awkwardly when a nice young man came out of the store. Noticing I was struggling a great deal. He asked if I needed help getting the package inside. I was huffing and puffing and so Thankful for the assistance! I am a sixty year old woman with a bad back, but I live alone with no assistance. So I knew I just had to figure it out, even though the box said Team Lift on it. I followed the young man into the store. He took the package and I right up to the counter. In less than five minutes he had scanned my return label, assured he would check for any missed labels and would retape the corners of the box, which had ripped loose because of my rough handling of the package. Whew, what a relief! Unfortunately. I did not catch the store employees name, but he really made my day! There are really kind souls left in this world! Thank you!

The service was highly conscientious at this store notably Drew, Employee 111147. We have used this store before even though it is 8 miles away from our home and there is a store much closer. Google reviews tell the tale; the store near our home received a score of 2.4 out of 5 and Store #5246 a score of 4.4
Drew triple boxed a watch worth $5,500 (the recipient asked for double boxing but Drew went the extra mile). On a previous visit he did the same thing with two watches that were intended for the same recipient. His packing skills are seriously elevated and this is not hyperbole. He really should be recognized and rewarded. The staff collectively clearly take their work seriously; a rarity. When you enter it is immediately evident that they care; quite a contrast to that other store.

Shipped a package (perishable) overnight and it didn't get there due to weather in transit. They have no recourse or remedy so far... I know it's uncontrollable but people pay hundreds of dollars for overnight shipping and if it doesn't make it there at least a partial refund should be made. The manager stated he'd see what he can do but found out that was a snow job. Fedex only from now on for me after this being the 3RD time I've had issues with them on deliveries. Only FedEx from now on.

Utterly disappointing service. We booked notary service with this location - clearly allowing us multiple times on Saturday or Sunday for us to book, only to get in and be told they never have notary service on weekends. They had 3 days to tell us they couldn't keep the appointment and we hear NOTHING until we get to the store. We intentionally didn't choose a bank because they had weekend choices available.
And of course, when suggesting they should get their website corrected, we were given a flippant response that clearly indicated this has been known with nothing done.
