I have been waiting for 25 minutes for the store to open up at 8:00. No one answers the phone. I am delaying my own work office from opening because I need to drop off a package. Very unprofessional.

I mostly use them for amazon returns and the occasional package, and they are pretty efficient.Three stars because they have basically never masked during the pandemic. Or, even when I have seen people with masks on half the staff didn't have them or they were on wrong.

Stopped in this morning to ship back an Amazon package and the guy that was working was so rude and wouldn’t help me figure out how to print my return label. I had to leave and go to Walgreens to print a picture copy of my return label because the j*** wouldn’t just show me how to do it. I was so upset.
