“This is a great bowling alley with super helpful & friendly staff. It's got the old school styling that I personally prefer. The steps down into the pit. Helps keep bowlers that are trying to focus separated from the traffic traveling up and down the lanes. Food and drinks are fairly priced, and the burgers from the snack bar are a solid choice. The staff in the pro shop are friendly and willing to help with any questions about anything bowling related. Cost for games is super affordable, allowing even large families or friend groups to go out for a good time at a relatively low cost. I can't recommend this bowling alley enough. It'll be my personal go-to lanes for a long as I'm in Cedar Rapids.”
“My daughter's wedding was held at the HARMAC last night. Wedding on the roof top and the reception on the second floor. Unique events (same owner as HARMAC) decorated the event. 90% of the evening was great! But it's the small thing that can take a 5 star experience to a 4 or lower.
The event was over at 11:30pm, still had quite a few guests on the dance floor at 11:00pm, Staff started to break down the tables and chairs around 11:00, which was fine with me, we only had about 6-7 table being used by guests near the dance floor. My issue was when the staff started to remove drinks, chairs, and linens from the tables that were being used. We paid $7000.00 to have the venue until 11:30, another $8500.00 to have unique events set up, decorate, and tear down. $5700.00 for our guest to drink beer, wine, and seltzers on us.
Allowing us to enjoy our family and friends for the time agreed to in the contact would have been nice, rather than having to asked staff not to take drinks away and break down occupied tables 30 minutes prior to the events conclusion.”

“Wonderful music at an outstanding venue - sad that non reservation folks randomly threw their coats on chairs in “their aisle” and claimed the empty seats were taken. They were not! Ushers would get involved but who wants to cause a scene- I May not come back.”
“This place is amazing! Great food (when served) reasonably priced drinks awesome atmosphere. The members welcome you like family! The staff is very friendly. The have a HUGE party room that is for like weddings and dances”

“Great outdoor venue. Reserved seating in the center area. Bring your lawn chair seating at the back and sides. The lines at the merchandise, food and drink places were long at times. Fairly easy to get in and out of. I'd sure go again if I liked the band.”
“Staff is the cream of the crop here! Each person has been super kind to me my wife and my little dog Tony while in town for a friends wedding. The breakfast is typical American breakfast style and they offer a large selection of adapters if you have a picky kiddo with you. I cannot state enough about how kind everyone is though and that is a hard delivery when I am a grump without my morning coffee ?”
