STAY AWAY FROM VERIZON!!
Changed over from US Cellular. One of my greatest regrets. While I am giving a 1 star, I will say the manager at this location had given an understanding persona the last visit we made. However, my fiancé and I have never been lied to so much. We were promised a $700-$800 gift card during last years Black Friday week for changing over service providers. I had never received it, gone back to this store, called online numerous times, and nothing. I get told to be patient but it has been 5+ months and now they are saying that there is no gift card promised. Additionally they have changed my bill without notice 3+ times with continuous upcharge. Again, we had to go back to the store where the manager gave us an adjustment and understanding attitude. The very next month Verizon readjusted our bill again, even back charging the discount the manager gave us. I have recently tried to transfer back from Verizon to US Cellular, however Verizon has told me that they are requesting my upgraded phone back (iPhone 16 Plus) and will refuse to return my original iPhone 11 Plus. We are still trying to figure this situation out so we can leave this awful provider. Verizon is the worst service provider we have ever had. DO NOT change over.

I have had excellent customer service experiences at this store! Specific shout out to Kane! They went above and beyond in not only helping set up one of our new lines and phone transfers, but even more so when my account was hacked and fraud charges placed on it. Kane continued to follow up with me over text and corporate Verizon to try and resolve the situation. I will only go to this Verizon to their excellent service. Thank you Kane!!

I was the only customer in the store and wanted to talk about my plan as my bill went up and I was told to review my plan on the app. I repeated back to them that they just wanted me to use the app and they said yes. Not willing to help the only customer in the store.

I have spent almost 4 months tryin to resolve an issue with this company and they are such a joke. from lying to get me to switch, to threatening me, to passing me around to upwards of 10 reps a call, to disconnecting chats after 3 and half hours of being passed around and massive amounts of false advertisement. i switched after being told home internet was available and that i would recieve a watch and tablet on them. well after i switchd magically all the slots for home internet had been filled, meaning i could purchase a jetpack at high price and pay a higher monthly bill yet it runs on the same network as the cheaper home internet. my finance limit didnt cover the tablet and watch cuz i had purchased a zflip and since my finance limit was met i couldnt take advantage of the promotion....what world when someone says something is on them does a finance limit have to be met? do you take your friends to dinner on you and when the bill comes check their credit and say no cuz its only on you after they pay for it youll pay them back in installments.....i have been promised a new phone and was given directions to a store to get it and they had no idea what i was talking about. so ive had the same non working phone this entire time as well. i was threatened by britney in their executive offices and ive had my service suspended multiple times. i am not giving you people a damn penny til i have a working phone a tablet a watch and non throttled data. btw i have every thing documented from calls to online chats to emails and texts and in person conversations. so who knows some attorneys that would like to chat about a very easy case?

The staff treats you like you don't know what you are talking about and refuse to admit when they are wrong. I tried to explain they forgot to submit my rebate but they refused to help. They spend more time messing around and playing on their phones than helping customers.

Absolutely blown away with how terrible this customer service is. Store employees were snotty and said they can't help with any issues and didnt even ask what the problem was. And it's impossible to speak with someone on the phone when you don't have any service.

Worst store I’ve been to. If anything their customer service along with Verizon as a whole will make me pull my multiple phone lines and $500 we spend a month. Twice I’ve upgraded my phone both times in store and online they screwed it up. I ordered online for the convienenance and that was screwed up too. September 1- ordered still haven’t received it and the store won’t do anything either.

Every time I stop in the store I never get any help. This Friday night I stopped in there because the location stopped working on my iPhone 15 plus. The 2 Gentlemen, in there, tried one trick each and then told me to call Apple. I came home, googled the problem with the phone found the solution and fixed it. Now why did I or do this in the first place? Well the first thing that came to my mind it take it to a professional, I thought I was. But I was not. It is disappointing when these people are suppose to know more then you do or try to but they don’t even put in the effort anymore.
