“Heartland got us in in a pinch this morning when my cat was showing signs of a UTI! I typically go to the Anamosa Vet, since I work there part-time, but with the blizzard, I didn't want to risk the drive from CR. As soon as I walked in, a tech came to greet us and took us to a room. She was very thorough, asking about my cat's symptoms and history. It only took a few minutes for Dr. Meaney to come in to do the exam and a urinalysis. My cat is known to be... A jerk, to say the least haha, but he seemed to be comfortable with the tech and doctor despite the situation. I was happy to hear he didn't put up a fight during the UA! Dr. Meaney was very nice. We had a brief conversation about our love for cats and rabbits! Their receptionist answered all my questions upon check-out, she was very easy to talk to! The process from the moment I walked in the building until I left was very quick and seamless. The staff were very kind and took their time with us. I'm very thankful for all their help!”

“I must say the last year DR Streeper was up front and really has took such great care of my dog. She started having seizures and yet gain weight because of it. Dr Steeper literally calls me and helps me with everything. She keeps my dog when I'm on business trips and I feel safe when I know she is there. Courtney and I have gained somewhat of a talking relationship and she seems to understand my concerns. I recently moved to a corporate office of a bank and I speak highly of blairsferry pet hospital. Back again Dr Sheeper..literally takes the time to make sure my little girl has her pill when she needs it. She talks with me over the phone and so excited to meet with her about Lucy's diet when I return from this work event. “Made an impulse choice this morning when my kitty was sick to give Park Towne Animal Hospital a try (since I used to trek to my home town back when I just had one cat) and they provided my baby boy stellar care!! Dr. Johnson and I had three conversations throughout the day as she completed the exam, x-rays and treatment for my sick kitty. Keeping me updated was a welcome and appreciated gesture she so kindly provided. I respected her thorough care and trusted her professional opinion. She answered my questions and provided a few tips when I picked up my little guy after work. I was grateful he could stay the day to be looked after before I took him back home. He's been snuggling up and finally eating more tonight and seems to be doing well back at home. I used to swear by my hometown vet due to their attention to detail and down to earth demeanor (and I'll admit - affordable pricing!) but Dr. Johnson has convinced me without even trying that I can find a great local vet for my two felines right down the street. Much gratitude for your excellent care of Graham today and I feel confident knowing I can bring my kitties in to your trusted care whenever they need in the future.”
