This must be thee SLOWEST bank I have come across! We sat at drive thru for 10 minutes and NO cars ahead of us completed their transaction during that time! We left!

I have had my account locked twice and had to spend over an hour to correct the problem only to find out they are still locked and I can't get into any of my accounts. My new replacement credit card was sent to a different state after I gave them my address three times

Only bank when I make a deposit ask me for ID, been banking with Wells Fargo for over 25 years. Banks used to call you by name. Not anymore. They must think because of all the phoney deals they done over the years & fines they paid that everybody a crook
