“We ordered a fridge through a competitor. They told us it'd be 7-10 days. After hearing nothing for 9 days we called to find out it was backordered and they didn't know when it'd be in. We called Ebert's on Saturday and they had our fridge in stock. They delivered it on Tuesday. The sales staff was excellent and the installers were extremely professional. The communication throughout the process was beyond great. We found our new appliance store.”
