Used the app for the first time. Ordered pizza for 5pm. Went to pick it up. Never got my order. Had to wait 25 minutes. Should have gotten it for free.

My sister went in to pay for gas and came back saying the ladies in the building were yelling at each other in front of a man in there for an interview and in front of customers. I went in to get a drink and they were still yelling at each other when I walked in and telling customers bad things about each other. Then I finally got rung up she said that she was taking a penny from my total for the take a penny leave a penny after all the stuff that happened in front of multiple customers. Terrible service.

Wont order food here again they have been having issues forever with the oven throughly cook the pizzas and no one seem to be worried about it, j asked for my pizza to be left in a bit longer to cook better for that reason but she did not. Was rude about it sad bc I love Casey’s

Things have gotten much betterOld review from 2020:Delivery service has really slipped in the past few months. Almost always late no matter how busy, food arrives lukewarm/cold, and about 1/4 of the time missing items.Seems like August/September is when things went downhill.

Never had paper in the pumps and when approached the lady inside to let her know no Casey’s gas stations ever have paper in outside pumps she rudely says that’s not true their isn’t showing a jam. It’s 1140 am there is not way you can tell me I am the first customer to tell you there is no paper in that put. Do your job fill the paper. It’s every single Casey gas station I have ever been to in that six months never has any receipt paper in the pumps. Why.
