“So I was heading back to MN from Algona and my truck broke down right in Clear Lake on the 35 ramp. Called around a bit to see who could help and didn't get very far. I finally called Prichard Ford back and their service team waited for me to get the truck towed their and said they would get on it right away in the morning. Long story short they had my truck up and running by 10 am the next morning and even fixed n open recall. This is what customer service is about. Great job”
