“I walked in and had the nicest reception anyone could ask for, and this was the first time in their store. Next, the gentleman helping my son and I was fantastic showed us around helping us out. We were in and out of the store very quickly. All three employees (or owners) were absolutely fantastic, nice, friendly, helpful, talkative informative, it was the perfect experience!!Delivery and haul away was priced, so you could not resist it. Overall pricing was reasonable and a little flexible. This place will definitely be highly recommended by me!!”

“I was in the store last week looking for a stiff brush to help remove adhesive on concrete. A very nice man who was doing some work farther up an aisle came over to me & asked if I needed help. He led me to the dept. where he told me all about the different brushes & which one would work the best. I already had purchased an adhesive remover before. He was so very pleasant & helpful. I always appreciate that. From what I could see on his name tag it looked like his name was Bryon. By the way, the brush did the job.”
“My experiences at Home Depot during the past 3 weeks indicate that the management and staff are taking their game to the next level. Today, I was again pleasantly surprised by a friendly greeting upon arrival, several associates speaking to me, two associates in Doors & Windows being especially helpful, and finally receiving assistance from Abigail at checkout, where she courteously and competently hit a customer service home run.

“Technician looked at oven and microwave. Was very knowledgeable about equipment and explained what he saw was wrong and what his recommendations were. I rated 4 stars only because while he looked at the microwave andrecommended replacement, he did not say he could or would forward the recommendation to the warranty company paying him to come out.”

“Been going through aarons for over a year now i have olny had a cpl problems but they were quick to get it taken care of workers are very respectful I called in a little upset this morning and was kinda rude n the manager just listened and gave me a call back i deal with anger n anxity issues and I was the one being disrespectful and he let me vent and we got a solution to the issue n the problem was resolved my day started out bad and the manager didnt react to my negativity listened n we talked about issue n got a resolution now that is good business id recomend going through aarons in Clinton ia anytime they have giving the rent to own experience affordable and they work with you if u are looking for a good rent to own place to go through go through aarons Clinton ia great staff”
