I purchased a phone that stopped working after 2 weeks and I needed a new phone immediately for work and Bobbi, an employee went way above and beyond to find a solution for me to be able to walk out of the door with a new phone and I was able to get back to work. My phone is my lifeline and without it I make no money. Bobbi's customer service is top notch and I wish all customer service agents were as helpful, knowledgeable and as friendly as she was. She made the process virtually stress free. I've never gotten so much help from someone in any other profession. Hats off to you Bobbi. You saved my day. And I thank you for all that u did

My son purchased his first phone with service yesterday on his own. Before going to the store we priced everything online, called the store and asked them if we would get the same deal in store and was told yes. That was a lie...online doesn't charge a $25 activation fee & at no point was he told they were adding on an extra $25. He also did not get the same 2 months of service the online deal provided. Pretty disappointed in the lack of transparency the store employee had. Had he told me the truth when I called to ask we would have just set it up online and waited for the phone to ship to us. We will not be visiting this store to make payments just to give them an extra fee to take it for us. Do not recommend doing business in the store. Save yourself the frustration and money and do it online

There is a person who speaks Spanish who provides bad service, he does not explain what they are charging you, he only gives the amount and reluctantly tells you that that is what they sell and that's it... and with a despotic tone, it is very bad that they have people like that in the clinton iowa branch!!!!

Michale is the best one there he goes above and beyond every single time I have an issue literally nothing he can't fix if your having and issue just ask for him he knows how to fix the issues and keep the customers

We had to download apps and he forgot to tell us we needed a wall plug which cost $26 ouch!!!!Last phone I had from cricket the salesman downloaded everything for me plus we didn't have to purchase a wall plug.

New company that took over judges employees and talks behind there employees back! No training! Upper management, I spoke with 3 different higher ups and each one said forget what the other one said??♀️ big pay cut!! High expectations to high to reasonably hit goals!! Loved my job but this company is outrageous and the right hand sure don’t know what the left hand is doing!! Manager bonus capped and much lower commission because they legally can touch actual pay!!

They lost my businessWas cricket customer for 11 years . Mike Hebdon needs to learn people skill. I'm an elderly lady and hard of hearing. He kicked me out of the store and off the property! I went back the next day to speak to him and apologize if I'd done anything wrong. He wouldn't accept my apology and told me to leave the store again!BYE BYE CRICKETGo to US CellularGot a nice phone for a penny and my auto pay is $32.60 a monthTHIS WAS IN CLINTON IOWA
