“I went in an had an issue with an order. I was sad I missed my order but let me tell you these girls are the best at the Clinton Ia location. I even made sure to ask for all there names so that I could leave a review to thank them. Olivia Susie and Liz all stopped to help me resolve my issue. They were so helpful that I ended up buying extra, even tried out colors that are usually not in my wardrobe and ended up loving it as well. I walked out felling more excited about the purchase I had just made than I was with the original order.. Thank u to all three of u ladies?”
“The lack of dressing rooms is an inconvenience, although I understand it probably has a lot to do with dishonest customers. I have little to no complaints about Kohls. Other than, cleanliness. The store should be vacuumed, mopped, dusted, and if at all possible, odorized.”
