I had a wonderful experience overall with appliance professionals. I had purchased an oven and one of the burners went out they attempted to fix it. Because I needed a stove sooner rather than later they realized they had a different version of the same model. Brought it out the next day and it works wonderfully. Thanks appliance pros.

I needed a washer and dryer ASAP becuz mine broke and needed one right away since we are in a rental. I thought this was the perfect place. I paid over 700 for the whirlpool set. I didn't think to check how clean they were because I guess I figured since they repair them they clean then at the same time. Not the case. The washer I have is horrible with hard water scale and the dryer was a fire Hazard since I literally put my hand in the lint trap and have gotten handfuls and handfuls of old dryer lint, Bobby pins, bread tie, parts to a little girls bracelet. So apparently they can't be troubled to even vacuum out a dryer for a fire Hazzard before they sell it. Inside the drum is black old gum on several parts they I have to get off. I have bought used before and it has never been this bad. Will never buy here again. Ob and your upfront warranty as you say stinks. U should be hauling these appliances for the customer since you obviously didn't make sure that these products weren't defective. I dont know how your still in business

My wife and I just moved and needed a washer and dryer and thought this was a good place to go, WRONG!!! We got it home and it was a disaster. Completely trashed and I feel like an idiot for assuming they would have been cleaned out?? Fire hazard inside the dryer, and not to take up too much time but both units were garbage. Pass on this place

Friend of mine and myself were justhere a week ago, bought a washer and dryer for $700 that once we got it home was a total mess, dirty, not cleaned, fire hazard, and on and on! Nobody replies to any concerns, buyer beware, my fault

Purchased TWO refrigerators from this company on the same day for rental properties. One of them the lower icemaker does not work, and there is water leaking on the floor. Seems like an easy waterline fix. The owner of Appliance Professionals told me to bring the refrigerator in and they would look at it. This is ridiculous, they want me to remove a refrigerator from a tenants home to haul it across town so they can perform a $15 fix? Outside of hauling it in they refuse to support their products. Not only were their products defective, but they refuse to support them. I will not be purchasing from this company again. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ma and Pa place with no accountability.

All I can say is buyer beware .. I should have looked closer of the chamber of commerce reviews and BBB. I shouldn't have relied on the post from Facebook. We bought a Whirlpool Duet dryer from them. After both messages and asking in store if appliances where serviced or checked before put on the floor for sale. We where told yes everything is serviced.. That is not the case, we plugged in the dryer and it didn't tumble. After contacting them Wednesday evening we where told we couldn't get it fixed until Monday. Which I tried to understand since it was a holiday. I was told it was probably the belt that either broke or slipped off. It was working when it left the store per Amanda.* Warning #1 if they don't let you plug it in at the store, they are probably shady. After being super frustrated with being lied to my husband took the back off the dryer. Not a belt issue at all. It was a pulley issue that had seized up. Remind you hadn't even got to use the dryer yet so nothing I did. Just a lack of the dryer never being repaired. We got faster service from Amazon getting a part to fix it than this place. When my husband went this morning to show them the part and obviously they didn't check or repair the appliances they sale. They where really rude and poor customer service. I'm glad we started out with a less expensive appliance before we purchased more from this place. Like I said do your research. After looking at reviews they can pick. Honest reviews show 3.3 stars out of 5. Not a real good average if you ask me.

Stopped in on Saturday morning very clean and organized. Staff was helpful and friendly but i already knew what I wanted. They helped me load my stove. Got a great deal on a stainless LG electric stove. Very happy w my purchase would and will recommend if you need a used appliance this is the place to visit!

Got all the appliances needed for my house. Cost wise saved a fortune. They even held my appliances for a bit and treated me very well. If you need any appliances ask for Dan. He hooked me up well as for the owner Nate. Thankyou guys.

Ordered a washer asked for a delivery drop off to my driveway because that was $35 but to have them install it was $95 so I requested the $35 driveway drop off. Not only did I have to wait four days from the time I paid for the washing machine to be delivered but they also deal with a third-party delivery company so they have no idea what time your delivery will arrive and they also didn’t even mention that it could be after normal business hours. So it’s 5:03 pm and I’m still waiting for my driveway drop off so I can move my washing machine alone WHENEVER they finally decide to deliver

AVOID THIS PLACE. I bought a washer here. After a month it broke. They said they would replace it, but we’d have to pay the $85 delivery charge. We did and after a month the replacement washer leaked all over and ruined our basement ceiling. I called back and they says that there’s nothing they can do. They offer a 60 day warranty, but it doesn’t apply to a replacement appliance. The worker has very little knowledge about appliances and in general is not friendly. I’m very supportive of local business which is why I bought from them, but their poor customer service forced to a big box store.
