My recent experience at Stew Hansen Buick GMC was outstanding. Alex was very friendly and took time to explain options to me, as well as answer my questions. The waiting area was very comfortable. My floormats were even vacuumed out while I was there!

My experience of my purchase of a Yukon Denali was amazing. The vehicle was flawless as was my sales rep Benjamin Holdiman. Since I was remote, Ben provided me pictures, videos and information that gave me confidence the vehicle was exactly as advertised. We worked the deal remotely and couldn't have been happier seeing the vehicle in person when my wife and I picked it up. Trustworthy dealership and they don't tack on rediculous fees and charges (sale price + $180 doc fee, that's it!)... ask for Ben!

I’m very happy with the work stew Hansen‘s have done on my car. However, their service leaves a lot to be desired. I was initially quoted $3600 for this. They were wonderful and providing me with a loaner, while my car was being repaired. Unfortunately, it took several weeks for the parts to come in. after the first week, I called to see how things were. They explained the parts were having a hard time coming in. I then called about another week later, and no one got back to me until two days later. And then they told me they were still waiting for parts. the next day they called me and my car was finished. And the total bill was $4333. Needless to say, I was a little upset since it was $700 more than what I was quoted. When I went to pick up my car, the bill was a little over 3900. My car runs like a top for which I am very thankful. They do great work! They’re just very bad at communicating and pricing.

He demonstrated a profound understanding of the cars in Stew’s current fleet and even shared exciting details about upcoming car releases. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service provided by Alex and the team. They truly made the experience enjoyable and informative. I had been experiencing random/multiple misfires and a rough idle, as well as my car going into limp mode. The guys at Stew Hansen GMC were able to quickly diagnose and pinpoint the cause of these malfunctions and got my car back up and running in a short amount of time. Alexander was extremely helpful; not only by explaining everything in a clear and concise manner that was easy to understand, but also by dealing with the warranty company to get approval for the repair. I would not hesitate to bring my car back, especially to have the peace of mind knowing that any work done there will be done correctly.

I had the best experience getting my car looked at and worked on here. I got my car from a different dealership about a year and a half ago and it’s been nothing but problems since! I had taken it in multiple times and the issues kept coming and it didn’t seem I could get a straight answer. Finally, I brought my car over to Stew Hansen and had the ABSOLUTE PLEASURE of working with Lindsey in the service department. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and patient with my situation. I immediately felt comfortable working with her as she was honest and gave me updates via phone. After two months, my car is fixed and for a great price too! People like Lindsey make the world go round. ANGEL! Thank you thank you!!!!!!!

Best experience buying a vehicle anywhere. All the staff were friendly and not pushy. We were planning on just looking but they offered us a great deal and we weren't there all day. We are pretty excited about our new truck.

Alex & Lindsay in the service dept were great!! Lindsay even stopped by our house to help us figure out a HUM device!! My car was serviced efficiently & effectively! The beginning online chat was very frustrating & not successful! Thankfully I was able to connect with a very helpful receptionist who helped me book my initial appointment! So grateful to have my car back so quickly!

I want to give a shout out to Lindsay for being professional, knowledgeable and courteous in her job. She did a great job keeping in touch with me while my vehicle was being diagnosed for an A/C hose issue which was fixed and after also completing the oil/filter service, I was heading home. Job well done Lindsay and technicians in the service department.

10:30 on line appointment and I finally get my truck at 2:30? Because we chose to leave our truck there and come back later? Come on Stew Hansen, I spent $80,000 on my GMC. I’m required some better service.

Loved dealing with the staff at Stew Hansen's. Ended up buying the truck I came to look at. There is no pressure from the sales team, and they were nothing but helpful. Financing was quick and easy. I will do business with them again.Update. The second car purchase was just as smooth as the first. Ben and Tom showed us exactly what priced cars we were looking for, and Tony, the finance guy, is super fun as always.My wife already said she is coming back here for her next vehicle.

I had a great experience yesterday with Benjamin Holdiman. I enjoyed our test drive together. Answered all the questions I had, he was knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was very easy going and there was no pressure at all. He was there to help me and that was it. He sat with me though the deal and made me feel at ease. Best car experience I have had, I will be back.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Mic the service manager at Stu Hanson GMC. I don’t usually do reviews but Mic listened to our concerns that we had been told by who we thought was their service center. It was their call center. He went back and listened to the recording of what we had been told. He did not have to take the extra steps and honor what we were told by the call center. He not only honored the conversation, he fixed our vehicle right away. My husband and i have not had service like this Anywhere. Thank you Mic so much for being empathetic and handling our gmc canyon issue. We still smile realizing there are caring, honest service providers. Stu Hanson is lucky to have you and we were lucky to have you helping us. Sincerely appreciate all that you did for us.Sally and John

Service tried to avoid me coming in on a Saturday for oil change, even though online they were wide open for appointments, and tried to sell me a battery (hundreds of dollars) then when I said no, they said it was fine anyway.However - if you are not buying from their best salesman, Justin W, you are making a mistake. I have only bought cars from him, he makes the car buying experience so easy and smooth going. He treats you like a part of the family, so much so that he was in my wedding and my children call him Uncle. My only regret is that I can’t take him with me, as I have moved out of the immediate area. So he gets 5 stars.Buy your car from Justin, get your oil changed somewhere else (if it wasn’t included with my GMC Certified I wouldn’t have gone since they charge dealership prices, $90+ for an oil change).
