Jessica made the process fun, efficient, and easy. She listened to what I wanted and needed and delivered. I was immediately greeted by Laura who impressed me with her knowledge of the furniture and how it would fit into my space. They have a great selection of fabrics for your made to order furniture. They may be a little more expensive than some of the other furniture stores but the quality of furniture is superb and I'm sure will last and wear much longer. We had the most fun one afternoon working with Laura at By Design. We went into the store looking for a small couch and chair and she quickly and expertly figured out what we wanted even though we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted. Customer service is second to none at By Design! The owner Bonita was welcoming and our designer Laura was engaging, thoughtful, and ensured our design selections were the right ones for us.This was our first time using a custom designer and we’ll definitely use By Design going forward. Laura helped us pick out the best type and size of furniture for our basement. From there we were able to pick from a large selection of fabrics and colors for all of our selections. This is so much different than what we’ve experienced at big box stores where you’re stuck with what they have in stock. Our final product will be much better than anything we could have picked out on our own.We’re thankful for taking the plunge into using a custom designer and we’re very happy we came across By Design to help us achieve our dream basement. We highly recommend using By Design for your home design needs!
