I called to place an order, got a computer taking the order, that sent me to an employee when I asked for delivery. The employee, Jordan, took my order and I ended up going to pick up the pizza at the requested time. Jordan tells me he was told he could not make my pizza until I came to get it. I am now sitting in the car an additional 10-15 min while they make the pizza. Hopefully.
There are easier, faster & less annoying places to get pizza.

Food servers needs more cleanliness guideline training. Inappropriate negligence violates health code and disturbs publications. Scenaric sight-seeing views

This store NEVER has hot sandwiches at lunch time. There's a deal for chicken sandwiches - they're never available. Today they still had biscuits and gravy from breakfast sitting in the warmer and it was noon. I went to Kwik Star instead - better quality, better service, better selection.

We ordered from Casey’s on the app. Because of where we live it automatically puts us at this Casey’s. We’ve had nothing but problems and frequently ordered 70-100 dollar orders. Tonight, the door dash orders didn’t print. No communication to customers, no communication from Casey’s or door dash. I went to the store after 2 hours of waiting on our order for the cook to get pissed off and storm off. Why didn’t Casey’s or door dash just cancel our order? I asked what items (out of the 17) were ready to go and they showed me wings that had been prepared and sat there for 1.5 hours. I asked him if he would eat it and they said no. They agreed to remake the entire order when lo and behold a 3rd door dasher showed up and said he was there for our order. The ISU game was on and I was hosting friends and he said no problem Ill make sure you get your order, head on home (he wanted the tip on the 70 dollar order, who would blame him). I get home and Casey’s (who had already marked our order delivered on the app) texted to tell us that they were out of bone in wings. I’m fed up. This Casey’s already owed us a pizza that we never collected and I’m never doing business there at that location again. Their manager told the cashier to offer me free breadsticks on my next order, when the order I wasn’t going to receive was over 70 bucks. What a joke.

I was doordashing out of this store. After waiting for 20 minutes on an order to be made, they decided not to make it. They called the manager and the manager upheld the decision not to fulfill the customer's order due to the absolutely blazed employee claiming they already made it. As someone who's worked on that side of things, you remake the customer's food if they didn't get it. It costs more to refund the customer than the food is worth. This is absolutely horrible customer service. Not just for me as a doordasher who now doesn't get paid for waiting, but also for the customer I was delivering for, as well as the other customer's order they didn't even start, because they didn't know what to do about the other order. 5 people were waiting on orders while I was there. None of them were happy. If Casey's corporate sees this, you need a new manager at this location. If you want to reach out to me, I will happily explain in more detail.

I understand that the day before Thanksgiving is a very busy day to order pizza, however, the experience that I had at this Casey's location was unacceptable. I ordered online through though the app at 2:57 pm. I chose a pick up time for later, to be picked up at 6 pm. I figured that since it was a busy day, ordering 1 large pizza and 1 order of breadsticks with three hours advance notice should be enough time. I figure if it wasn't, the app would let me know. The app let me place the order. I arrived to the Casey's at 5:54 pm. I apologized right off the bat and said that I know I am five minutes early, but I have a pizza order to pick up. I was told it would be 45 more minutes. I asked why and he said, "We got really busy, dude." I said that this was not acceptable and asked to speak to a manager. The manager when I explained the situation got very defensive and said that this was a problem at all Casey's and the app and computer system is not pushing out tickets at correct times and making it impossible for the kitchen to keep up. I said that the ticket had my phone number on it, they could've called me instead of making me wait here for 45 minutes for my order. Her response was, "yea, if we weren't so busy we could've called you." I asked what they were going to do to make this correct for me as a customer and her response was, "Do you want your pizza or not?" At this point, what really am I supposed to do? When the pizza came, it was the greasiest pizza I had ever seen and the breadsticks were burnt. The manager then said, "That's what happens when we're rushed." And then said if I waned another, it would be another 75-90 minutes because of all the orders ahead of me. The breadsticks were so burned, we didn't eat them. We went through what must've been 20% of a role of Bounty paper towels trying to soak the grease off the pizza. It was a disgusting, swampy mess to each. I've never had such a disgusting pizza before. We will never be ordering from this location or Casey's in general again.

3 minutes till closing I was already up at the register checking out I went to put in my rewards and the lady told me no but she doesn't have time for it and she needs to close I've worked at Casey's and I know it's a rule You're not supposed to kick customers out until 10:00 when you close and lock up and even then you're just supposed to let them know you're closing I felt very disrespected

Small, dingy and there is never a store manager on duty. Broken machines and pizza slices are rarely stocked fully. Sometimes more employees standing around than customers in the store. Better options just minutes away. If they didn't have Casey's pizza, this would be a Git-N-Go.

This Casey's store has to be loosing gas sales everyday. The pumps run so slow, everysingle one. It takes 5 minutes to get 5$ in gas. I shut the pump off at 10$, because It literally takes10 minutes to fuel up. I will go elsewhere. This has been like this for months.
