Just shut it down. Literally nothing is operable. Tried calling the number on the door 3x for a refund after the wash bay ate my money. Still waiting. Go elsewhere.

I used a card and the spray gun started; then immediately stopped.
I had to swipe my card again; this time the gun stayed on, but there was no soap, tire cleaner or bug spray.
I used the bay just west of the 'office'

I was delivering my vehicle. When I finished, it turned out there were bird nests inside and they made my vehicle dirty. After washing it, it was abandoned and very dirty.

Paid $45 for to clean inside and outside. Inside was still filthy! Hair on floor mats, dust on dashboard. Didn't clean out cup holders or any other compartments. No wonder they don't list a phone number. Can't call and request my money back. Not going back

I love the fact that you can use your card and it only charges you for the time you use. The particular bay i was in could of used some work on the floor mat clips. They weren't strong enough to hold the mats. Otherwise I would of given them a 5 star rating

All of the equipment worked, but when my truck dried, it was nearly as dirty as when I started. It took nearly 30 minutes and almost $10.

Would give this a 0 stars if I could sad to say. The bay was very dirty and the soap was frozen and had one of the handles completely off with the water line froze. Make sure to drive past this place and don’t look back.

Just went to try using it. It charged me 10 dollars and i couldnt get any of the nozzles to work. I will be disputing this with my bank.
