Charlie and the whole crew did an amazing job at the end of their Friday shift. Only an hour left of their day, all bays full and they still managed to get my car in and tires mounted and balanced in under an hour. At no point felt pressured to get more expensive tires, thank you for making this a painless and stress free experience!!!

Today I stopped at Discount Tire and I talked with one of the best person in town his name is Charles ❤️ and he is and very polite guy, and very friendly and super nice and I asked him for help and immediately Left, whatever he was doing,, and he came to help me he put my plate for free and I didn’t have a screwdriver and I will never forget that thank you so much for amazing job Charles ❤️❤️❤️ and I appreciate it a lot!!!
By the way in General discount tire they are amazing. I’ve been Urbandel location. They are all the stuff is really nice friendly and helpful.

I love this place! Had a flat and needed a quick repair. Cole greeted me on arrival, checked me right in, told me my road hazard insurance covered the repair, but it could take an hour. I was fine with that but really only took 15 minutes. Collin brought it out to me and put it in the trunk and had me on my way in no time! So appreciate how honest they are and willing to do work for free. If you need tires or a flat repair, this is THE place to go! ❤️

We stopped without an appointment as we were traveling through the area to have our lug nuts tightened after having new tires on at another location we had been through. Your team was polite and professional. Your workers seemed to have fun while they worked and made the atmosphere pleasant to visit. You have a great team at your Clive store.

If you have a tire problem go to discount tires they fixed my mom's tire even though I said I'll just buy a new one... and a week later my same tire was leaking....fixed for free .I won't be going anywhere where else for my tires. Have to ad this one is on 22nd/86th

Customer service here is trash. Been waiting 30 min and still haven’t talked to anyone. Merle hay discount tires is way better and efficient.
