Happy customer here. For a reasonable charge, I had my wheels deep cleaned while they were off the car. The old weight adhesive was removed and the barrels were cleaned. I am not aware of any other tire shops in the metro offering that level of precision to enthusiast customers.

I have purchased tires for both of my vehicles in the past. This time I arrived with a truck front tire leaking air and no appointment. I was in formed that I would need to replace both front fronts or it might cause other issues. I decided to replace all 4. I couldn’t leave it so they said that they would work me in but they didn’t know how long it would be. Less than 90 minutes later I was on my way. The team there have always been fantastic to deal with. I won’t buy my tires anywhere else.

I am a harsh critic when it comes to customer service and these gents never disappoint! I just purchased my second set of tires from here based on the great prices, ease to get in when I need service and very knowledgeable team. Great service is hard to find these days but these gents know how it should be done!!

Earl's tires West is your go to place for honesty and trustworthiness! Not only are their price is great but their willingness to take care of the customer is unmatched. They took care of me on two separate occasions at no charge replacing a valve stem. Thought I had some bad tire pressure sensors. The light had been going on and off on my dash. They tested everything and then informed me kindly that I was over inflating my tires. I was reading the sidewall instructions wrong. They changed out the other two valve stems (preventative as they are original 13 years old at no charge) and sent me down the road. I couldn't believe it and I'm ever so thankful! This is the place you can send your grandmother for new tires and they will take care of her and not overcharge her!!!! Can't rate these guys highly enough!!
