Highly recommend Flooring America! We purchased carpet for our entire house from them in 2023. This summer our dog threw up on the carpet in our sunroom and we couldn’t get the stain out. I went to ask them what to do and they immediately filed a claim with Shaw and our carpet was replaced. Both times, Jessi was our sales person and the manager, Chris filed our claim. They were so very nice to work with. Handled everything quickly and professionally. The installer was also excellent.

This experience was excellent. The people I dealt with Dan Miller really know how to get the job done.I was re-flooring a distant rental condominium. Had multiple suggestions and samples. Really a flawless transaction. We definitely do it again.

We originally worked with **Flooring America** in 2019 when we built our home, and they did a fantastic job with the flooring throughout. However, we weren't happy with the carpet choice in our primary bedroom and closet—it just didn’t match the look or feel we wanted long-term.
We recently decided to replace the carpet with the same hardwood that runs through the rest of the house, and once again, Flooring America delivered above and beyond expectations. The match to the existing hardwood is flawless, and the final result looks seamless—like it was always meant to be that way. The installation team was professional, detail-oriented, and respectful of our home throughout the process.
We’re thrilled with how everything turned out and highly recommend Flooring America to anyone looking for quality products, knowledgeable staff, and beautiful results. They’ve now helped us make our home feel even more cohesive and comfortable.

We highly recommend working with Tyler Curtis at Flooring America! He and his team were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. We had LVP installed on our main level, a fully tiled master shower, a heated and tiled master bathroom floor, a laundry room backsplash, and new carpet on two levels of our home.
Tyler was fantastic in helping us choose materials, colors, and tile layouts — and he kept us within budget! The customer service and final results exceeded our expectations. We’re so pleased with the entire experience and grateful to Tyler and his crews at Flooring America!

Jesi Jordan has been great to work with. We appreciate her kindness and patience while working with us.
We started our search for carpet for our open stairway with a vision and a budget. Jesi has been so helpful in making it happen. She provided us with many carpet samples to help us make our final decision.
After about 3 visits to the store trying to find the perfect choice, we are confident we have found it. She was always cheerful and did not get frustrated with us as our selections continued to evolve. We would be happy to work with her again in the future!

We had a great experience with Matt @ Flooring America! We had a horrible experience with a previous installer and our floors were bowing, cracking, and uneven. We reached out to Matt to see what he and his crew would be able to do, and he did a phenomenal job of communicating, coming out and validating my concerns and questions in person. His crew is THE MOST EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL group of gentleman that we’ve had working for us. I’d highly recommend reaching out to Matt!
