What is with certain gas stations with failing to do the discount properly? I go to a Kum and go across town. They take off the discount properly. I go to this one and it never gets done right. It’s not the clerk’s fault but everybody else should know how that is done and should do it properly and then train your clerk. It states 1$ off this pack meaning $2’s off the $16 for 2 packs. The receipt doesn’t show any discounts at all but 50 Cent.

Something not quite right about the late night employees at this location. Not properly trained or not receiving quality management support. Surprised because Kum&Go locations are usually extraordinary.

We were there yesterday. Stopped to try and get something easy to eat in the car that is not messy. Justin that works in the cooking hot food area went the extra mile and ask the supervisor if he could prepare something off menu for us. He went over and beyond especially for this day and time. Great team member.

There's a lady who does overnights and she's incredibly efficient, informative and just does customer service in the right way. I call it the old school way. She's cooperative and has worked for this company over 19yrs. That's dedication and definitely commitment. She makes that place work. Ontop of her customer care skills she manages getting everything done on her shift and things that earlier shifts blew off and that means you get a clean, merchandised environment to get your needs met. She's a rockstar for sure. Go meet her, she's worth every second of your time.

Now I live on Clark st right around corner from this store and have lived here since 2013 and never ever have I seen this store on a Saturday night close at 9pm and not reopen till 6am due to lack of staffing not even when covid-19 was really hitting area hard they wouldn't close. Well I'm around corner and in need of employment and can only walk to any place close that will hire me so if u need workers I'm willing and able and very close to store

I think this is the best kum&go store I ever visited in Des Moines,,, spacious, nice toilets, and what amazed me most, is the door bell upon entry. It raises awareness at every entry,,, But my favorite is the kum&go 3 or 6 pieces chicken tenders, lovely....

Bad customer service Male employee should practice hygiene, touching mouth and nose and touching customers items without gloves. An it wouldn't hurt to treat everyone equally.
