He was on time, (early), friendly, professional, a good driver, and flexible with us extending on an hour at the last minute. Highly recommend using this service while in the Des Moines area. Great trip! Our drivers were Greg Long and Roy Lubkeman. Very professional, friendly, and responsive to our needs. They took our church group (consisting of about 100 of ages 8 to 80) to a concert and then returned us, during storm, safely, comfortably, and quickly. The coaches were immaculate and comfortable. A great night made even better by our transportation. Thanks so much!

Absolutely amazing experience. Driver was on time polite and very accommodating. The limo was very clean and well maintained. This was my wife’s first experience in a limo and she was blown away. I would give this a 10 star review if I could.

This company was a lifesaver yesterday when we had rented a party bus from American Party Bus (NEVER MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I DID) and there were so many safely issues, I didn’t feel comfortable getting back on the bus. I called Luxxor at 1:30 pm and by 3:30 pm they had a driver (dressed to the nines) and a super bougie bus there to rescue us and continue our fun day safely. Seriously super kudos to the employee who even answered my call on a weekend and took the time to find a driver and do all of the necessary paperwork needed to get the bus rolling! Thank you for saving the day!!

I’ve used them twice for airport transportation and both drivers have been very pleasant and I was very happy with the ride and service. Booking was a little hard the first time but only because my address was wrong but we got it corrected and they even called me the night prior to be sure I was ok with a vehicle change.

I recently used Luxxor's transport service and I wanted to share my positive experience. On 1/17/23, Jannar Montiel drove my daughter back to the University of Iowa in Iowa City, even in unpleasant weather conditions. Thanks to his professionalism and attention to safety, my daughter was able to attend her first class on time. I highly recommend Jannar for his excellent service. I also wanted to mention Christine, who helped me make the reservations. Her suggestions on the best travel time for the pick-up were valuable and greatly appreciated.
Overall, I had a great experience with Luxxor's service and would definitely recommend it to my family and friends. The Luxxor team is awesome and I'm happy with their great service

First time using a service like this to tour holiday lights. I learned a lot. Such as do much more research on other limo services. Vehicle was new and top of the line we were told. Apparently a group of young kids had been in it a few days before and driver said they trashed it. One of the shades was broken and wouldn’t stay up which was pretty important since we needed to be able to see out. She tried unsuccessfully to fix it so we had to go back into our house and get duct tape to hold it up. The radio was broken and driver had no idea how to fix. My 13 yr old grandson finally got it going 1/2 way through trip. We couldn’t hear driver even though she was wearing a headset. Seemed like there should have been some speakers? She drove fast and stopped hard in traffic throwing our group forward. She did not have an updated light display list and we missed a lot of good viewing because she said the places we wanted to go “weren’t on her list”. A LOT of drive time skipping good neighborhoods. Would not recommend.
