I have been bringing my vehicles to Mikes Auto for nearly 7 years now. They’ve worked on my Avalanche, Infinity & now my Chevy Silverado Pick up. Mike & his team are outstanding & have always got me in quickly & taken care of my vehicles as if they are an extension of my family. I often take my grandchildren on trips and want to make sure my vehicle is safe. They have on many occasions checked the air in my tires & other concerns without any notice. Before finding this place I always felt wary about needing to get my vehicle fixed because so many places have tried to upsell me on this or that. But every time I've come here I've always felt fairly treated. I don't feel like they try to push anything that would be unnecessary to keep my truck running safely. And they explain what my available options are along side what they suggest so I can make an informed decision based on my needs.These guys are great and as long as I'm in the Des Moines area, I'll keep coming here.

Scheduled my car for the next day. Someone was there at 7am to take my keys and discuss what my car needed. Four new tires and alignment same day at an affordable price. 9 year old car drives like new. Definitely will be taking my car there in the future!Service: Tires
