I have been a client of Jordan's since he bought the practice. He is thorough, listens to my concerns, makes recommendations based on my perceived needs, never "up-selling." It is very easy to get an appointment. I couldn't be happier with the service Jordan provides. I want to add how happy I am with Chris. He helped guide me through the Black Friday special, explaining the new updates to
my style of hearing aids. I immediately noticed a difference. As my sister says, hearing aids are not a vanity, they are a necessity! I am so impressed with the constant innovations provided by Miracle Ear and the staff at the Clive location!

Christopher Lorey was very helpful. My mother who's 95, accidentally put her hearing aids in water. Fortunately they still work. He showed me how to change the filters and gave me some extras at no charge even though the hearing aids are not Miracle Ear brand.

I am almost 63 and went in for a hearing test. I thought for sure that my results were going to reflect a need for hearing aids because there are times when I know I have heard better. I turn the TV up louder at times and have to ask people to repeat what they've said when I'm on the phone because I didn't quite hear them. I was surprised and impressed to learn I do not need hearing aids! That speaks to their honesty and integrity. I am looking forward to using Miracle Ear aids when I do need them, as they also provide free device cleaning and follow-up appointments.

Christopher Lorey was fantastic. He explained everything in great detail on how my ear worked. I even learned a few things. He was not pushy and did not try to sell me something I did not need. I will definitely keep an eye out for him in the future, should I need it.
