I came in yesterday and spent over $50 and the cashier asked me if I wanted to use my points I had. I told him only if it doesn’t mess up me getting the $10 deal for spending $50. He told me it wouldn’t and my points might not show up until today. Well I looked and the points were not there. I called and talked to the team leader and explained all this. He told me that unfortunately because the cashier went ahead and used my points anyway bringing my subtotal below $50 I won’t be getting the $50. He told me I could bring everything back and return them and repurchase them but I still loose money because the return price is lower than what it was because of my points. This is not cool at all.

I had unknowingly let my dogs vaccinations expire and they helped me and took care of that immediately. Also gave me options for clipping nails. Then found ways to lower my costs without me even asking. Good people.

Our dogs love the Pet Hotel and Doggy day camp. All the of staff is friendly and courteous. We always enjoy reading the Pawgress report the staff writes about how the days went. We’ve done puppy training at petsmart as well. It was reasonably priced and benefitted our dog significantly. Great selection of pet food and supplies. We’ve also had good luck with the grooming services but it can be hard to schedule sometimes but every place is.

Customer service 0/10. Not returning, as some who worked customer service for years and wanted a different job I STILL treated customers with respect and kindness. I don't care if your just there for a paycheck, I'm not your boss, you can treat me with respect.

Would not recommend taking your pets here staff is very rude and unprofessional. Front desk lady had a nasty attitude and seem like she didn’t want to be there.
