Safelite AutoGlass in Clive provides windshield repair and replacement at its shop on 8580 Hickman Rd and through mobile service. They repair chips and cracks fast, often in as little as 30 minutes, and can recalibrate advanced safety systems. The work comes with a national warranty and is insurance approved. The booking experience can be done through car insurance and is relatively simple, though some found the automated phone system difficult, reporting dropped calls and non-local representatives that made scheduling take longer. The shop itself does great work, with the replacement process sometimes completed in under an hour. Staff are generally very courteous and helpful, communicating well and taking great care of customers to make the process easy, though there was an isolated mention of a lack of greeting from one individual. Many customers would highly recommend Safelite for their windshield needs.
Great service, went above and beyond. I would recommend this location.
