Best experience at a SportClips and I’ve been going here for a quick cut since 2015. My partner got their hair cut earlier in the day by Koa and she did a phenomenal job. I got to this location to also be seated and cared for by Koa and from my perspective, she really ate that up and left NOT ONE crumb. Koa, we’ll see you again! Thanks for the dope drop-fade instead of the mid-taper btw. Appreciate being seen even by a stranger. 🩵

Aly at the store at 9901 University Avenue in Clive, Iowa, is very unprofessional and unfriendly. It took SIX minutes from the time we walked in to the time I paid including time to cut my son’s (age 11) hair. She never asked what he wanted or what I wanted or what services we were there for. AWFUL! My son walked straight out without speaking and is super upset at the “bowl cut” she gave him. As he stormed out she asked “is it too short?”…to which I responded, “I don’t know. Did you ask him?” This is the worst experience we have had at a Sports Clips. Aly should be ashamed of herself for this type of service. We will never be back to this location.

Your staff greeted me with a smile and were attentive to my requests. When one of your stylists learned that I was getting my hair buzzed in support of my wife's battle with cancer, she offered and personally paid for my cut. (how sweet) You've gained a new customer. Thank you

Every beautician at this Sports Clips is a constant professional. Chloe is above most and has the steady hand of a surgeon during my haircut and Beard trimmed I highly recommend her and let's all tip generously for her skills and services and God bless!

Sondra cut my hair today. She was meticulous. She really paid attention to the details and made sure I had the perfect cut. Even after the hot towel and shampoo, she saw something she wanted to clean up. This level of service meant a lot to me since I've recently switched up my haircut.
In my 20 years, never once have I requested a specific hair stylist. Sondra did so well and my haircut looked that good, that just might not be the case when I go in the next time.

First time here and will not be back. My son needed a cut before school. Aly was the hairstylist. Asked for a fade and to trim up the top but keep it longer, then take the thinning shears to take out some bulk on the crown and front. She faded it to below his ear. It looked horrible, even he thought so. Asked to have it “faded” and bulk taken out. When I went to pay she charged me an additional $10 for “detailed request”. When I asked her why she said it was a detailed request. I asked for to take more off because it looked like crap! . Will not be going back. DEFINITELY not worth $43…scam
