I have prom this weekend and they absolutely butchered the back of my head with no time to get it fixed before prom. It’s not blended you can see marks of where they cut (random parts are cut and others aren’t) NEVER GO HERE ESPECIALLY IF ANGEL IS THE ONE CUTTING YOUR HAIR.

It all depends which stylist you get. Some are great and some act like you're inconveniencing them.

Their wait time estimate is terrible. Joined waiting list and it was 72 minutes. Drove 20 minutes to get there and it went up to 92 minutes. Who has time to hover around the area waiting an hour and a half because their estimate is so poorly designed. Been using sports clips for over a decade but I'm switching to a place that sets appointments.

I was sent this email for a free "MVP Haircut" picture included. At checkout I was told it wasn't for a haircut only a MVP. I told the stylist it says "MVP haircut"? She said that it was only good for a MVP

Absolutely terrible! My son showed the stylist Layla a reference photo to ensure understanding, and not only did she take an inch and half too much off the top but his hair-line is crooked as heck. My 16yo doesn't want to go back to get it fixed as there's no trust, so save yourself the trip and go elsewhere.
I appreciate management reaching out, but when the only solution they will offer is to return or go to another sports clips, it really doesn't amount to much. I don't know a 16 year old anywhere you would be able to convince to return to the company that messed up so bad.
