Took vehicle in for Undercarriage Corrosion Recall Service and asked if the Navigation System Software could be updated as well. Personnel were all very nice and professional. Great Shuttle Service, so you don't have to be stuck in waiting area all day.*Recall Service was completed, no problem.**Navigation System Software Update wasn't, was told originally that the software update was Free but would have to pay technician time, was okay with that. But, when car was ready for pick up, was told that I had to purchase Navigation Software online and install myself and the steps would be explained when I got there. They Never were, so I guess I have to figure this out.Then valet driver pulled my car out of Service Bay and said "Have a Good One" and vanished, I get in the car and the key proximity alarm is alarming and the Key Not in Vehicle Alert is on Dash...try to find the guy, come to find out, he's one of the Shuttle drivers and had left with my key, so they had to call him back, which took 15 minutes.***Never received any "Verbal Closing" service remarks, instructions, information from my Service Advisor on anything that was Completed, Wasn't Completed or Needed Completed. I Did receive the "Service Report" but to a non vehicle mechanic layman, it's not very informative or instructional.****Verbal Communication/Maintenance Education Lacked.

My daughter and I were driving to Colorado from Indiana. My Sonata quit in De Moines. I left it at Stew Hansen on a Sunday. I rented a car and drove the rest of the way to Colorado that day. Cole from the service department called me the next day got my information and informed me that they would get to my car as soon as they could. Within a relatively short time I got the call and was told that the repair fell under a recall issue. In a short time the car was fixed and ready for pick-up. This is a dealership that I would trust wholeheartedly. The honesty and integrity throughout the process is greatly appreciated. Thank You Cole and the rest of the team at Stew Hansen!

My mother had a check engine light come on her brand new car that she bought from this dealership 3 weeks ago. Luckily for her it ended up only being a gas cap issue, but the dealership decided to charge her 250 dollars for this fix (of tightening her gas cap). They then proceeded to question her about if she filled her gas tank before or if she used the right gas. Policy with any repair is to call the customer and confirm the problem and if they are okay with the charge for the fix. This dealership never did that, neither a call to my dad or mom, yet they claimed and wrote in their paperwork that they called my dad and confirmed it (my dad was farming and on a combine all day with no access to phone). This is the fourth Hyundai my parents have bought and they will never take it back to this dealership and if you are a female I would never take it to this dealership either as they will treat you a like you are an idiot and have no idea how to tie your own shoes. Super disappointing that companies this big still take advantage of their customers, especially the loyal ones.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I bought my car a year ago, it is a 2022 Hyundai Tuscon. (I should have free oil changes for 3 years or 36K miles but they don't offer that.) Instead the service rep, Khalid offered me a package for 3 visits. Synthetic oil change, tire rotation, and car wash for $199.00... so, I agreed. Then, the service rep said last time they didn't change filters or do an alignment... wanted to know if I wanted that. I asked, how much will that be...total, he said $265. Well, dummy me... when they were done, it was $477... I didn't want to create a fuss because I needed to get back to work for a meeting and the lobby was full. I guess he meant to say it was $199 plus the $265. I have tried to call and talk to a service manager, but no return call. I messaged them on their website and on fb messenger. Nothing. Not okay to do that to people... I am the idiot for falling for this but I will not return to them. I will take my business elsewhere.

I drove 2 hours to purchase a used vehicle from Mgr Andrew and Sales person Shawnitta at Stew Hansen and when I tell you I have had the BEST experience from beginning to end. Mgr Andrew went ABOVE and BEYOND to mk sure all of my needs were met and accomodated!! If you have any friends or family in need of a good new or used vehicle this is the place to go!! Great service is an expectation but not always provided but this dealership set the bar HIGH!!

My experience was amazing! The sales team wasn’t pushy or aggressive like sales places can be sometimes. They allowed me to look at all options and broke everything down perfectly. Big shout out to Tristen for helping me buy my first car. Definitely someone you can trust. I strongly recommend him if you go looking at Stew Hansen Hyundai for a car!

I brought my car in when it had 5500 miles on it to get the free service check up and the oil changed. At around 8000 miles. I had a warning message that my oil needed to be changed again. So I placed another service work order online with a note asking someone to call me that this warning light was on my car and the oil had already been changed 3000 miles ago. I received no callback so I took my car in And a service supervisor when I walked into the service area, informed me to pull my car into the middle area and they would gather the information to get service on my vehicle. When I came back into the service center, the service supervisor was gone and told another employee he was going to lunch. So I had to stand there and wait for another agent to help me. The second service gentleman was very nice and said it looked like the first time the car was in the auto mechanic, forgot to reset my oil change warning, and didn't give me a sticker as to when I needed to come back. I am disappointed in the focus on the customer and the service that was provided. I hope it improves as a new car buyer!

Heidi was the best at helping me find my car! My schedule is crazy busy with work, school, kids, living out of town & commuting back & forth, & she worked tirelessly to find me something without needing too much from me at the time. I am so grateful that she put ME & MY needs first! I wasn’t just a sale to her. Thank you stew Hanson for having Heidi! I will always refer my friends & family to her!

If you are looking for a salesman that is knowledgeable, professional, and provides the best customer service, Derrick Luttrell is your guy. I couldn't recommend him enough.From the first moment my wife and I had walked on the lot and met with Derrick we knew we were in the right hands and wouldn't have wanted to do business elsewhere.I know most people think of buying a car as a whole process and a hassle, however from coming in and out of the lot, we completed our purchase within 2 hours.Such a great experience that will have me continue to recommend Derrick and Stew Hansen Hyundai to anyone for their next purchase!

Pretty good service considering they are still understaffed. In and out relatively quick. And easy with their service plans. Great coffee and clean facilities is always a bonus. The rest will come. Kudos to SH Hyundai service for the new service digs. They look great.

Updated review. Problem piled on to problems. Multiple calls with no information. I took my car in to get fixed. I didn't know that once you get the part you have to call and schedule another appointment. And then my service advisor gives me loads of information I don't need to know. He didn't even seem to know that my car was there to get fixed. I thought that was assumed when I brought it in and asked for it to be repaired information Perhaps it's a generational thing, but I remember a time when you go to get some thing done, they would do it, and then the ticket is closed.

We visited several car lots. Was first lot we weere not bombarded as we exited car. Salesman were great at allowing us to look around before approaching. When approached he was very helpful and honest. Was not pushy at all. Did not say no or push us to any specific vehicle. Whole experience was miles better than any other lot we visited.

I had a/c diagnostics, oil change and they are of course famous for their interior detailing, exterior wash and such for every service visit. They were busy, hard working and everyone seemed to be running like a clock. I have tried personally charging my a/c line several times successfully and it would usually last about anywhere to few hours to a day. That was the main reason I wanted it looked at. They serviced it and came back with it just needed charged and they found no leaks. I asked if they also checked for leaks under the dash and was not really answered. He did say they run it for a long time and it seemed charged. With a follow-up comment that there was a lot of air in the line. I couldn't argue or agree with the situation because it was what it was and it was great having a/c back. For just over a day. And that's why I gave 4 stars. I paid for what they did but the job is not done yet!Thank you for your time.Took a few weeks but got it ironed out with a grateful and thankful handshake. Much appreciated to everyone involved.

The techs were very helpful and polite. We had a 9:30 appointment but arrived at about 9:00. They did not get to our vehicle until after noon with a diagnosis of a faulty thermostat. It was about 3:30 when we left. We live a couple of hours away and luckily had our other vehicle with us. There was no communication about why it took so long. I love my car, but the service is very slow.
