The process of renting a unit went very smoothly. Your rental agent, Torrence, was very helpful and courteous. The property appears to be well taken care of. My only complaint was that there was a discrepancy in the pricing between your properties. There was a difference of about $40 per month between your Clive and WDM locations. The WDM location would be more convenient for me, but a $400 difference in cost was prohibitive.

Taurus is the best property manager ever. The units are super clean and well kept. I didn’t have any issues in the winter with ice and the one time I did someone was there right away to help me get my door open! Highly recommend!

The store manager was great! I believe his name is torrence! very accommodating, timely and efficient!! I use storage frequently and this was my most pleasant experience so far out of the ten year I use this company.
