They signed me up for a membership without any notice. Now, they are “”unable”” to refund me or deactivate it! I am hearing impaired - nothing was agreed to -and just wanted a car wash one time. This is such a scam. I see they have done this to others before now that I read the reviews which is why I am leaving mine.

Best car wash ever! Vacuums are great. They have towels there for you so you never have to remember yours. They actually do a great job prewashing your car. They are super friendly! And your car doesn't smell like chemicals when you leave

The issue has been resolved. Thank goodness. Give them a chance, keep your receipts as I did just incase. The employees are awesome. I mist wish this never happened as sadly I won’t be returning. It was my favorite car wash.
The issues will hopefully be resolved once my account is credited for the over charges. It’ll take 3-5 days from yesterday. However, customer service had contacted me. Once the refund has been made, I’ll update this post to reflect the issue in a few days. Fingers crossed.
I’ve been using this place since it opened. However, I won’t be recommending them or using them. I’ve been charged 5 times with 2 different cards despite having proof of my cancelation. In an addition, I purchased a ONE time use and was charged for 2 months after even though it as a one time use. I’ve reached out to their customer service several times (email and phone calls), I finally got an email and said they canceled my membership even though I send them proof (screen captures of the cancelation and an email verifying the cancelation). I understand the cancelation might have fallen through the cracks. But for them not to refund the $ is inexcusable. I’ve paid $139.79, since the end of Feb. Cost should have been a total of $22.90 ($9.95 and $12.95). It’s a great car wash and the employee are awesome but I can’t stand the fact that I feel I’ve been scammed.

Scuzzy scum water. Smelled of rotten eggs. Left black spots on the car after highest price wash. Had to wipe down entire car after wash. Free towels and spray helped but that is included with the wash.

Best car wash in the area! Austin ran out to help and was very friendly. Every other car wash I have been to never fully gets the car clean. The staff take their time and scrub and make sure you're satisfied!
