Horrible management, my overnight priority envelope did not arrive to the actual destination. Locals, please redirect your service with UPS or FedEx. Let USPS deal with junk mail and set your delivery paperless.

The people delivering the mail are constantly getting mail in the wrong box. We don’t always get our mail because it’s in someone else’s mailbox. Why is it so hard to do it correctly?

Thank you to Emily and Victoria! I am an Ebay seller and live in Arizona. I made a mistake and sent 2 packages with the same label and tracking number that needed to go to different destinations to different buyers. They were able to Intercept the incorrectly labeled package, and allowed me to send them the correct label and shipped it to the correct address for me. They went above and beyond to undo my mistake and saved me time, money, and negative feedback from my buyers on Ebay. I really appreciate all your help and hard work. THANK YOU EMILY! The process was very quick but Emily has a very obvious disgruntled attitude. Not sure if she was just having a bad day. The energy is just palpable in the room, and she gives off a really angry demeanor. Also I find it disrespectful that she just throws my package (with a phone inside) and you can hear a loud thud. I told her that I didn’t appreciate that and she just stared at me in silence

Didn't deliver my package teoce. Two different packages a week apart they refused to deliver because of a bush. Not blocking anything not blocking the stairs or the mail box. Oncompotent delivery drivers

Emily (or Emma?) greeted me immediately upon entry and acquired my package with the wrong address! She saved me time and money, and I appreciate it! Much more satisfying than the automated phone menus

Completely incompetent, no customer service and they never answer the phone. They need to close down and hand it over to folks who know how get things done correctly like UPS and Fed Ex.

Called 8 different times today and no one answered. I had a hold on my mail and they delivered a package.

Went to pick up my new apartment key here and received very good service. Post offices notoriously don’t have great service but the gentleman I worked with at the front was very kind and helpful. Best post office I have gone to in my life.

I received fabulous and very kind service here. I bet they changed their employees because right now the reviews are down. But the lady I worked with was excellent. Way to go Victoria.
