“I have always thought the staff are friendly and helpful. The p.o. boxes are always open so it helps when you have weird working hours. The cashier hours are a little weird but are due to needed to cut back on hours. The parking lot is a little small that is why I didn't give it a full 5 stars. The ways the p.o. boxes are laid out are nice. There is a mailbox right next to the street so u can mail letter without getting out of your car which can be very handy when in a hurry or have small kids.”

“Don't use the number listed..it takes you to a computer that just takes you around in circles. Gives you a weather condition report that all already know and won't end a call. Arlene is the greatest. Big problem here is rural delivery comes out of Edgewood so we never know where letters or packages are if we get a notice in the mailbox.”
