Placed a order for 5 pizzas at 5pm on Sept 13th, 2025. App said pizza would be ready in 30 min. Waited 20 then took the 10 min drive to get the the store, and were told the pizza hadn't been started and it would be another 30 min. Drove around Colo and went back after 30 min and yet again were told the pizza wasn't started at it would be another 30 min. After some calls with another store and being told the order could not be transferred went back into the store to check how much longer after it had been 20 min. And they had just started the pizza at 6:50pm and said to come back in 20 min and the pizza would be ready. Finally got our pizzas at 7:20pm. Long story short don't believe the apps wait time on a Saturday night at this location.

Stopped in at 2:30pm on Sunday April 27th with my wife and son after a soccer game in Maxwell. Sandwich hot case had three sandwiches in it. No pizza in pizza hot case. Other families from soccer team had also stopped in. Asked guy in kitchen if more pizza and sandwiches would be coming out. He was rude and responded that he will not be making any pizza or sandwiches for anyone at all. Store is obviously busy and kids and families are looking for a place to get lunch. Pretty pathetic that a lazy employee doesn't want to put two pay by the slice pizzas in the hot case. Enough players and family in there to justify filling the case but as usual laziness of employees wins in today's day and age. Lost out on several larger sales from several families.
Front clerk was to busy trying to scan items as fast as he could like he was impressive...he wasn't. His lack of taking his time resulted in a double charge for a item. Then he got snarky when we asked him to cancel that transaction and start over. 2nd time was a charm when he finally slowed his unimpressive scanning skills down to ensure everything only got scanned once.
Enjoy Casey's virtually everywhere but this one, or at least the two employees workings that day and time, need some work on customer relations and work ethic.

I just spent more time than I wanted to plunging their toilet, again. I don't come out here often but when you're working in the trades you find the closest bathroom available. We get sent to colo every once in a while. Every single time I get here, the bathrooms are horrendously under kept. I don't know if it's the customers being childish but the staff definitely isn't doing anything to help it. Clean your bathrooms dang it.

Michelle was so sweet. They were cleaning the donuts for the night 10/12/24 and my little girl wanted one. She went out of her way to go in the kitchen and grab her one! She was so sweet. It’s the little things!!

We got to this store around 9:35 pm, the young kids were very eager to close the store. Couldn't get any ice cream, machine was off, couldn't even get a fountain drink. The young man had it shut off, broken down and cleaned up for the night. Then when we were ready to cash out, we couldn't find him.
We know this isn't the norm for this store. But it is a much younger generation running things. They want to hurry up and close no worries about what the customers want.

I just got hung up twice and gave up. The experience was terrible with this new phone system and then with the employee's hanging up as soon as the phone was answered I am really going to think twice before going back to Casey's for dinner ☹️

Very friendly staff. Stopped in to check tires and get dinner on way home from Des Moines the other night. Friendly staff, hot food, great prices.

Ordered a small taco pizza. Cost 14.95 and was smaller than small. 4 slices. Small used to be 6 slices or more. Paid for the pizza but didnt check the pizza until I got to my car (my fault). It wasnt a taco pizza. Went back in and pizza maker forgot to put taco toppings on the now cold small sausage pizza. She was just a kid and her first night so I respect her and sure she will get better if she sticks with it. However, Casey corporation needs to stop screwing their customers.

Pulled in at 12:50 am after getting off work to get fuel and the gas pumps are all turned off. It’s a good thing I had enough to make it to Collins otherwise I’d be stranded. There is nothing Convenient about this situation. This gas station has completely gone down the drain in the last few years.

Was having my trailer worked on so i stopped in here and all the food in the warmers looked old. poor service
