“Ryan, of Bausch Towing (separate but equally glowing review) brought us to his father Danny's garage when we broke down on the side of the highway with everything we own including our 2 cats on memorial day. While everyone else had been celebrating that day, Danny had been hard at work, and we had arrived after hours. Danny came out and did an initial diagnostic, where we watched and he explained what he was able to about the errors. Because the errors he was receiving was confusing, it was going to need to be done in the morning. Had it been a simple fix, he would have dealt with it and got us back on the road immediately. We were taken to the closest available motel Columbus Motel (also separate review) by Cody of Bausch Towing. The following morning Danny was again hard at work, but this time on our 2006 Honda Ridgeline. After a deeper diagnosis he discovered issues with our coils and plugs. When that was fixed he still noticed that one of three catalytic converters were beginning to clog up and the O2 sensor was failing. He tested the truck with and without the loaded trailer telling us that without changing the converter or the sensor he felt relatively confident we would make it to our destination (no guarantee on that though of course), but if we wanted the other parts it would extend our stay a little bit because they needed to be ordered; and without the sensor our truck would use a bit more fuel. As it was necessary to get to Virginia in a short time frame we opted to take the truck as it was. Danny delivered the truck to the motel, where we discussed payment options (very fair price for his work by the way) etc, and got back on the road. The Truck did in fact get us and all of our belongings to our destination. Had it not been for Danny's hard work and careful examination of our truck, we wouldn't have made it here to Virginia. We are very grateful for Bausch in general, they turned a really rough scenario into a trip with minor issues. Highly recommended!Services: Auto engine diagnostic”

“I had my van towed to Eli’s due to ? problem. It ended up being a problem with the front brakes which had been updated recently at another location. Instead of trying to replace the brakes Eli suggested I go back to original location. So after spending time figuring out what the problem was, he didn’t charge me a thing!
