To be honest, I read all the reviews and didn’t wanna go here, but me and my son had an opposite experience of all the negative reviews. We had a great time. The lady was really nice. And they explained everything perfectly and pricing :)

We needed a small accommodation for our son’s birthday bear and the staff / manager was happy to help. We purchased two outfits for Wilber and our son is delighted with the toy.
