“I had such a wonderful experience with Helzberg Diamonds. On May 8th, I brought in a very special necklace that my grandmother gave me over 25 years ago because the spring in the clasp had stopped working. Before going in, I called the store and spoke with Abbie, who was incredibly kind and helpful on the phone. She explained that they would need to look at the necklace first and give me an estimate, which immediately made me feel comfortable.
When I arrived at the store, Abbie greeted me right away and was just as warm and attentive in person. I later realized she was actually the General Manager, which made the experience even more impressive. She treated me with so much care and respect, and you could tell she genuinely cared about both the jewelry and the customer behind it. She gave me an estimated completion date of May 23rd.
During the repair process, I unexpectedly lost my grandmother, which made this necklace even more meaningful and emotional for me. I picked it up today, May 22nd, a day earlier than expected, and it honestly looks beautiful. Not only was the clasp repaired perfectly, but the necklace was cleaned and brought back to life.
When I came back to pick it up, every employee I encountered was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Abbie even remembered me and the necklace right away, which meant so much during such a difficult time.
I cannot recommend this store enough for jewelry repair or jewelry purchases. The customer service was exceptional from beginning to end, and they handled something incredibly sentimental with such professionalism and care. Thank you again, Abbie and the entire team, for helping preserve a piece of my grandmother that I will treasure forever. ?”
