“I called around to find timelines and pricing for jewelry appraisal for insurance purposes and that led me to Cook’s whose prices and timeline were so reasonable. I ended up so pleasantly surprised by Cook’s Jewelry! Everyone there was incredibly nice and welcoming. Ben, a jeweler there, was obviously passionate about his craft and helped explain my jewelry pieces to me and educated my husband on a watch he received. Just so fun to talk to! They have been a family owned jewelry store there for over 50 years and we are glad to have found people who truly care. 10/10 would recommend!”

“I have been buying jewelry from Glassando for years and when my partner and I knew we wanted to co-create each other's engagement rings/bands, they were our first pick and we could not have had a better experience!
The entire process was incredibly smooth and Abby was a great help every step of the way! She was able to offer up some incredibly helpful advice on materials, stone types, and so much more that we would not have been able to figure out on our own.
We also knew we wanted to have a blue sapphire as our center stone and Abby was able to source a range of beautiful stone options that fit our color preferences for us to choose from and we ended up with a really unique set of rings that we are incredibly happy with!
On top of all of this, the pricing was very fair and transparent the entire way through the process, and we even came out on the end not only with some beautiful rings that really fit both of our personalities but also comfortably within our budget!

“My fiancee and I recently got married and did our custom engagement ring and bands with Diamond Leaf. The entire process started with thorough explanations and guidance on how to make it personal to us. We especially liked the option to see the plastic version of the rings first even though that did take longer it was worth being able to see the design come to life.
We weren't sure between lab grown or natural diamonds when we first sat down but after we asked for their opinion we were given info without feeling pressured into spending more than we wanted.
Overall was a great experience and hope to do more custom jewelry with them in the future”

“I had never beaded before and so I took a class at Beadology. It was so much fun! They provide the instructions (that you get to take home), beads, and give you guidance as you go through you become familiar with the process. I went to two classes (leaf pendant and earrings) and fell in love with beading. It's so meditative and satisfying. I make little earrings and things when I have time and it just makes me happy to look at. The store is amazing too. So many beads and colors! They also have finished jewelry you can purchase, with some very beautiful and unusual designs. Oh, and the owner is very nice and helpful too!

“I had such a wonderful experience with Helzberg Diamonds. On May 8th, I brought in a very special necklace that my grandmother gave me over 25 years ago because the spring in the clasp had stopped working. Before going in, I called the store and spoke with Abbie, who was incredibly kind and helpful on the phone. She explained that they would need to look at the necklace first and give me an estimate, which immediately made me feel comfortable.
When I arrived at the store, Abbie greeted me right away and was just as warm and attentive in person. I later realized she was actually the General Manager, which made the experience even more impressive. She treated me with so much care and respect, and you could tell she genuinely cared about both the jewelry and the customer behind it. She gave me an estimated completion date of May 23rd.
During the repair process, I unexpectedly lost my grandmother, which made this necklace even more meaningful and emotional for me. I picked it up today, May 22nd, a day earlier than expected, and it honestly looks beautiful. Not only was the clasp repaired perfectly, but the necklace was cleaned and brought back to life.
When I came back to pick it up, every employee I encountered was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Abbie even remembered me and the necklace right away, which meant so much during such a difficult time.
I cannot recommend this store enough for jewelry repair or jewelry purchases. The customer service was exceptional from beginning to end, and they handled something incredibly sentimental with such professionalism and care. Thank you again, Abbie and the entire team, for helping preserve a piece of my grandmother that I will treasure forever. ?”
