Journeys is a shoe and bag store. One customer was very satisfied even when the exact shoe wasn't in stock, thanks to amazing service. Another found it not busy, with staff greeting and assisting promptly, finding exactly what was needed. A customer noted staff can be unhappy if you choose a kid's size for small feet. A parent enjoyed the selection of new backpacks, including Jansport styles that brought back memories.
Lucas was very helpful, he helped me find my size that I needed, and was very nice. Thank you Lucas!

Unbelievably not busy at all for around 11:30 in the afternoon. There where two staff members on the floor, both with customers when I came in but still was greeted and as soon as a staff member was free assisted me right away. She found exactly what I came in for without having to wait very long at all and I made my purchase.??
