“I ALWAYS find jeans I LOVE here - they have a wide variety of styles, sizes, and inseam lengths (really appreciate the short inseam options). Staff are always friendly and attentive without being pushy. Staff are VERY helpful and patient in finding specific styles and sizes of jeans. Tonight we were helped by a young woman with long, dark hair and glasses - she helped us find EXACTLY what we were looking for and was so nice. The wide selection is great but knowledgeable and helpful staff are needed because so many choices can be overwhelming. The staff makes the experience efficient and pleasant instead of difficult and overwhelming. This place is great!”
“This JJill staff (ICity) is Awesome!!! Both times I called with questions recently they were more than willing to assist me and actually called me back the one time so that she could assist me to reorder an item in different size at same price with No shipping charges. When we had a JJill in Davenport the staff was the same way. The company knows how to hire the right people!! Yes they are a little more expensive but always having sales and special deals so I've Rarely EVER bought anything at Reg price. I love the quality and fit. Thankyou!!!”
“The employees here are excellent. They’re both kind and efficient. I ordered flats online in my usual size; they did not fit. I visited this store, explained my dilemma and they helped me order a half size down; they were still too loose. My third try I went down another half size and they fit properly this time. Each time I visited this store to order a different size, the customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend visiting this location. Famous Footwear also has a great clearance section.”

“Very happy with my experience. Being someone with large feet (size 15) it can be difficult to find shoes that actually fit. The larger sizes were clearly marked with white tags making it so much easier to find what I was looking for. The manager was very helpful, she helped me find some in clearance so I will definitely be back!”
