Windsor is a store where staff are super nice, very helpful, and friendly, providing absolutely stellar and wonderful customer service. They are patient and assist in finding perfect, beautiful, and age-appropriate outfits for various occasions, including prom, a semi-formal dance, a wedding, and graduation. Customers report finding the perfect dress and having a lovely experience with specific, highly praised staff members who help them decide. However, there can be downsides. One customer discovered that items ordered in-store were actually cheaper online, and the sales associate did not match those prices. The company would not credit the difference or allow changes after the order was placed. On another visit, the dressing rooms were temporarily closed. Despite these issues, many customers leave excited with their finds and would highly recommend the store for its excellent service and selection.

I had the lovely experience meeting the store manager, Kiana. My girlfriend and I went to shop for an outfit for her, and Kiana helped us find a perfect outfit to match our occasion. Other staff was friendly, seemed like a fun place to work.

The staff were super nice and very helpful, I went to try on prom dresses and they helped me decide, the only downside was that the last time I went there the dressing rooms were closed and they said that they would be open 4 hours later

Whenever I ask them for help they smile and listen. They always make their customers happy.
