Just called to get internet set up in my home and Tristan was super helpful on the phone. Was very quick and very knowledgeable with his responses. If I were the boss I’d give him all of the raises I could. Super helpful 10/10

$345 for 1 gig unlimited data, most of all channels ridiculous price, I got same plan from spectrum for 125 month, this cox company dirty want 3 time more for their junky services, SPECTRUM IS BEST NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER, unlikly cox ISSUES after an other, hurry up spectrum come to iowa and take over, hopefully soon, so I can go back to them cheaper

Went in last minute before close to pick up a router and Tristan helped us with no problem and nothing but a smile. He was super knowledgeable and made sure we were getting the best rates/ deals. I super appreciate him as he made my wifi nightmare finally come to an end. 10/10 recommend Tristan if you ever stop in this location.

Service is constantly down, slower than the speeds promised, and my bill has gone up more than $100 dollars in the past 3 years. Avoid cox if you can.

Cox said internet would be down in town for 4 hours for a reset in their original message. It's going on a week now and we're still without internet service. Absolutely unacceptable.

I called and left a message on June first and no one called us back in a week while we were out of town. We then went to the local store and the staff was incredibly dismissive and unhelpful. Unfortunately this is the only internet company we can get in our area.

I pay my bill every month in cash and now they are saying I didn’t pay for the last 3 months and charged me fees. Someone took the money , just because my husband is sick and probably look like a easy target. They won’t give me a statement of MY account and guarantee they won’t help either. But will charge me a 1000 dollars of double fees! I paid my bill!!! What happen to the money?????

Terrible customer service!!!! They will keep raising your bill with no notification, and if you call to inquire about it expect to be treated absolutely terrible! Also be careful the plans you will be talked into signing up for are very much fraudulent and they make up things you never agreed too. The company is pretty much just a bunch of crooks. Have been a customer for over 25 years and am finally done! I am tired of being lied to and taken advantage of!!!!!! Do not choose cox for anything unless you are happy dealing with liars and thieves!!!! They deserve negative stars, 1 star is far more than what they are worthy of.

I was extremely pleased with Amanda Rasmussen who took care of my needsI had previously gotten people who even lied to me so I was actually very argumentative. She patiently got me calmed down & talked me into having her look at a package that would save me money. She actually did lower my monthly bill by sixty-six dollars a month. Of course I had to commit to 24 months. She did a great job & I left a happy customer. Kudos to her. I know I wasn't easy to deal with. I actually had gone in to replace my old Router with a new one. She was very knowledgeable & explained things well. That is the reason I decided to have her review my plan.

This place will will add charges to your account for services you don't even have. I've had the service for over 10yrs and I've delt with some issues In the past but at this point its border line theft. Don't waste your time with cox.
