Employee Gabby left the shelves looking amazing! I didn’t want to take anything because it just looked so great! Ended up leaving empty handed but my heart was fulfilled seeing her hard work 10/10 would come again to stare at her work

Terrible store. None of the employees have customer service skills. I had to go looking for help. The check out man treated me like an inconvenience. I will be returning all of my items and Dick’s will lose my business.

Literally worst store I have ever been in. Completely unhelpful. No notice that their glove steamer is broken. Sat in section for over 20 minutes without a single person helping. Found an associate to ask someone to come over. Waited another 15 minutes without a single person coming over

The store wasn’t very busy when I went. The men working the shoe department were very helpful and friendly! The cashier on the other hand had a terrible attitude and treated me as though I was an inconvenience to her. As the last face you see when you leave the store they could at least pretend to care about customers. I could drop names but I think I’ll spare her this time around.

Employees too busy to do their job.Came to Dick’s to check my club head speed as I need to buy all new clubs. The two employees yacking away told it would be awhile. Twenty minutes later I am heading to a different store.
