“The equipment I purchased works as expected. I was disappointed though because the woman I talked to on the phone said they accepted my insurance (Medicare/United Healthcare Dual Complete/Medicaid), but when I arrived there I was informed that they don't accept United Healthcare, so I unfortunately had to pay out of pocket. On the other hand I did appreciate that the out of pocket cost was less than the quoted amount over the phone. They do have some other equipment there that I need but I'll have to check if I can find a place that accepts my insurance first. If not I will purchase from Mobilis.”

“Staff were cheerful & very helpful. Allowed me to bill my insurance & left my debit card as back-up if insurance did not pay yet allowed me to leave with needed product!! I am so grateful for this consideration as it takes insurance over 60 days to respond. I will be going back whenever I need athletic or orthopedic devices which I need more often every year. It's a shame ppl are quick to leave poor reviews ? yet don't recall how happy they were when they FIRST were helped & instantly received the products. “I was given the machine at Dr office and never thought much after that. Weekend passed and Monday I get a phone call asking if they could come over and assist me in any way. I mentioned needing an additional mask. Within 2 hours someone was at my door. Did a small trouble shoot and left me with a couple kits and said to call with any questions and “that nothing is to small 27/4”
