“During a cross country trip, my husband's travel CPAP broke. I called around trying to find a replacement part for it but repeatedly got told that if he wasn't a current client, they couldn't help us. I was referred to Kohll's by someone from a Walgreen's (and kudos to them!). I called, spoke with their respiratory person and sent pictures. She had what we needed and fixed us right up! No hassle. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because it was expensive -$70 for a replacement cushion for the face mask. But we really appreciated her expertise.”

It took Kathy less than a minute to determine the water chamber and air tube were not sealing properly. Kathy fixed the problem immediately. Christina at Rotech, Omaha, is very helpful as well.”

“As a care giver this was a God send. My wife had a knee replacement and they sent her home with a machine that required adding ice etal. Fortunately, a friend told me about the Nice machine. Rented one for a month and it really helped with my wife's recovery and my energy. On top of a great machine the staff were extremely helpful.”

“Hopefully I can save someone else some confusion and mention that AeroCare, Adapt Health, and Madison County Medical Equipment are essentially the same company. My CPAP was delayed, because I had agreed to work with AeroCare and then got a phone call from “Madison County Medical Equipment” and told the lady on the phone that I was already working with a company (AeroCare) to get one. When I called AeroCare to find out what the delay was their records showed I had cancelled my request. I didn’t realize these 3 names all were used by the same company. Otherwise it’s been amazing to work with!”
