The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because it was expensive -$70 for a replacement cushion for the face mask. But we really appreciated her expertise.”

“After a recent knee surgery I rented the NICE1 Cold + Compression system from Optimal Recovery. I do not need a medical degree to know that this product made a HUGE difference in my recovery and can’t recommend the NICE1 and Optimal Recovery enough!
The machine is ice-free, which made the first few weeks of recovery extremely convenient due to not having to mess with changing ice packs or waiting for them to refreeze. The compression helped a lot with the swelling and the automatic cycling on/off of the machine allowed me to leave the knee wrap on while I was laid up and elevating my leg.
Shout out to the exceptional service I received from the Optimal Recovery team as well! Garret took the time to walk me through using the machine, helped with programming a “pre-set” option and was super responsive answering any questions (which wasn’t often, because the system is extremely easy to use).”

“My representative, Diana is top shelf customer service. Couldn't ask for a better rep. After dealing with another vendor and the chaos that ensued Diana has been a refreshing welcome to the 180 corporation. She called me on the phone. Very polite. Well mannered and completely knowledgeable of the products you provide. After assessment of my condition she made the appropriate suggestions and boom. Product was on the way. She set me up with two sample packs. Product arrived at my door lickety split. Just a few days. Timing was perfect because I was out of catheters. The samples she sent were absolutely perfect. Today I fired my old supplier. Half the time I couldnt understand them. Or they just straight up hadn't sent my supplies when it was time. I had to keep calling them. EXTREMELY stressful. Running out of catheters is not an option. If noone or nothing is available, its a trip to the ER. So I am so grateful for Diana and the 180 team for their prompt, pleasant and through customer service. Please note this letter and see that management gets this into her employee file. She has gone above and beyond to see that I was satisfied with all aspects of our interaction. Kudos Diana.

I received my chair and am happy and thank you the employees and manager for picking the ball up and carrying it to the end this time.
I was in process for a powerwheel chair. The process is taking way longer than it should because they allowed my paperwork to lapes. It's been almost a year. I had to get multiple doctors notes because they didn't submit paper work on time. In the process of going through them a second time to give them a second chance. I am calling every day to make sure that they're getting things done. If they don't get it done this month, I will have to go back in for another face to face visit. It's not an insurance problem it's a company problem. If this time goes better I'll edit my review to something more favorable. I hope they learn from this and do better for anyone else who goes through them.”
“Have received a couple of orders from 3 Kings thru Walmart.com Once they substituted one bottle of another flavor of Ensure and that was ok. This last order they shorted one bottle of Ensure. I contacted them by email and they had a replacement bottle on the way! Great experiences with this company.”
