Motel 6 Council Bluffs provides clean rooms and good, friendly service from polite and professional staff. The location is perfect, close to many restaurants, shops, and a casino. It is a good, cheap option with plenty of amenities including a pool, vending machines, wifi, and guest laundry facilities. Some minor issues are occasionally noted, such as a lack of hot water in the mornings, a non-working ice maker, or an uncomfortable bed. The rooms are small but clean and well-stocked, and the staff address concerns immediately. Overall, it is a reasonable place for either a short or long term stay.
rooms need some work... a little over priced for what it offers. NO mini fridge or microwave in each room!, not a good deal for long term stays.

Stayed for 3 night during the College World Series. For the price it was worth the stay compared to others in the area. Room was a bit musty smelling but no big deal.
